[b]PARTICIPANTS:[/b] We are making preparations for 50+ computers for the BYOC.

[b]FOOD:[/b] There will be meals provided for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for the duration of the event. Prepare for a PROPER summer DAMNLAN with our famous COUNTRY SPARE RIBS on Friday Night, COUNTRY STYLE BREAKFAST on Saturday and Sunday, BBQ STEAK on Saturday Night, a PICNIC STYLE Lunch on Saturday and POTATO SALAD WITH EVERY MEAL ! J The full menu will be published prior to the event.
[b]ALCOHOL:[/b] Yes, We allow guests to ‘BYOB’ (Bring Your Own Bottle) of the alcohol of their choice and we allow them to bring it into the DAMNLAN venue. This is therefore an ADULT EVENT with children allowed only if accompanied by a PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN. This does not mean a sibling. (Brother or Sister) You must be 16 years old to attend WITH A CONSENT FORM SIGNED BY A PARENT (OUR form available for download soon), or 18 YOA to attend without a parent. You must be 21+ years old or older in order to drink alcohol in the state of Washington.
[b]ACCOMMODATIONS:[/b] There is room to pitch a tent and camp-out, or you can sleep on the floor. (Bring your own sleeping bag) There is room for up to 10 RVs (No Hookups), and 70 cars. There are no Hotels in the immediate area but we are 10 miles south of some. (Tumwater) There is a local Gas and Food convenience store and a Tavern. (This is a small town!)
[b]ACTIVITIES:[/b] Computer and a small amount of Console Gaming, mostly first person shooter and Real Time Strategy Multi-Player of all descriptions and ages. There have been a few newcomers that have become popular like Guitar Hero and Rock Band so there is a little something for everyone as long as you bring it. J This is a casual event with very little formal scheduling and no real ‘Official’ Tournaments. It is a friendly and helpful environment that welcomes the seasoned as well as new participants. Saturday afternoon will see kick ball and/or softball happen, along with other outdoor activities that are TBA. Saturday late night there is usually an unsanctioned poker game that will allegedly happen although we can’t confirm or deny the possibility….only time will tell.
[b]INTERNET:[/b] We will have an Internet Connection available through Comcast but shared among 50+ computers means that playing Eve, Star Trek, or WoW is going to be hard to do and interfere with necessary internet traffic therefore don’t plan on gaming online. TORENETING AND INTERNET FILE SHARING IS PROHIBITED.
